About the role
- Convert warm leads into appointments while creating a great experience for customers
- Outreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process
- Successfully meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve sales goals
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via chat
- Manage contact info, schedules, calendaring, and communication
- Maintain SalesForce hygiene while optimizing processes
- Advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development or sales (SaaS experience preferable)
- Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer
- High confidence and ability to quickly build trust
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
- Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask
- High attention to details and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO experience preferred
