About the role
- Answer inbound calls and engage prospects with a professional, consultative approach
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, goals, and fit
- Qualify inbound opportunities using defined criteria
- Schedule and pass qualified opportunities to internal Sales Consultants for in-person or virtual consultations
- Provide a seamless handoff by capturing clear notes and insights in CRM
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and a strong customer experience
- Consistently meet quality, conversion, and responsiveness expectations
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, customer success or similar customer facing role; demonstrated success in B2B or telesales preferred.
- A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
