About the role
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Power Bi)
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams
- Translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
- Maintain recurring reporting in SFDC, Tableau, Power BI
- Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to aid in business decisions
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or mathematics-related fields
- Experience working in a data or technology-focused position, with preference given to database or reporting jobs
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, including report creation and management
- Proficient in SQL
- An expert in Google Sheets by creating reporting visuals, queries, and tables
- Experience building dashboards, tables, and graphs in reporting tools
- Ability to interpret and speak to data and analytics
- Must have efficient time management skills, be organized, and customer service oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in technical information to non-technical savvy people
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
