Lead your team to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations through successful sales delivery and pipeline management
Coach and develop sales representatives to succeed in hitting daily, weekly, and monthly input and output targets
Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives and cascade clear goals and expectations to the team
Ensure consistent and effective communication by holding regular team meetings, huddles, and employee 1:1s to ensure alignment to performance expectations and company values
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales operations and reduce bottlenecks
Analyze team performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement strategies to ensure consistent goal achievement
Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Requirements
Spanish bilingual (role title indicates Spanish Bilingual)
Results-oriented with a history of driving performance to exceed goals
Prior experience leading a team; experience in a telesales environment preferred
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Customer centric attitude with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence
Ability to build strong professional relationships with employees, leadership, cross functional support partners, and client stakeholders
Familiarity with Microsoft and/or G Suite tools; Salesforce experience highly preferred
Ability to coach and develop low performers to reach target attainment
Strong understanding of sales analytics including data and reporting trends
Adaptable and able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
