About the role
- Evaluate advertising materials for regulatory risk
- Review standard agreements using templates and playbooks
- Maintain and improve contract templates and agreements library
- Manage day-to-day compliance activities including regulatory calendars
- Act as a go-to partner for routine legal questions
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of FTC standards
- Comfortable interpreting standard provisions, spotting risk and applying templates or playbooks
- Familiar with compliance programs, regulatory documentation and privacy processes
- Highly structured and detail-oriented
- Uses AI tools to support research, contract summaries and documentation
- Comfortable partnering with creative, media, analytics and product teams
