About the role
- Identify and drive growth opportunities across wealth groups by understanding advisory team business models and connecting them with resources
- Bridge advisory teams with Advisor Coaching and Advisor Experience teams
- Help advisors navigate Mariner’s platform and introduce them to subject matter experts and solutions
- Partner with advisors to create, implement, and track growth roadmaps—hold them accountable to milestones and outcomes
- Spot competitive threats, emerging trends, and new opportunities for expansion
- Recommend and support adoption of strategies to improve efficiency, enhance client engagement, and increase revenue potential
- Travel up to 25-50%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years in a growth-focused role within independent wealth management experience
- Proven success in driving strategic business growth initiatives
- Strong knowledge of advisor business models, client segments, and levers for expansion
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across a large organization
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
