About the role

  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across wealth groups by understanding advisory team business models and connecting them with resources
  • Bridge advisory teams with Advisor Coaching and Advisor Experience teams
  • Help advisors navigate Mariner’s platform and introduce them to subject matter experts and solutions
  • Partner with advisors to create, implement, and track growth roadmaps—hold them accountable to milestones and outcomes
  • Spot competitive threats, emerging trends, and new opportunities for expansion
  • Recommend and support adoption of strategies to improve efficiency, enhance client engagement, and increase revenue potential
  • Travel up to 25-50%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years in a growth-focused role within independent wealth management experience
  • Proven success in driving strategic business growth initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of advisor business models, client segments, and levers for expansion
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across a large organization
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
