About the role

  • Provide day-to-day support across multiple HR functions for all entities within the portfolio
  • Help ensure consistent processes, timely service, and compliance across the organization
  • Work closely with the HR Director, local managers, and Shared Services to handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, HR administration, and policy execution
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns across assigned entities
  • Partner with the HR Director on recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
  • Provide employee guidance during open enrollment and qualifying life events

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience; experience level and scope may vary based on background
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HR compliance
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
