About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of ambitious BDRs
- Run effective 1:1’s with your direct reports
- Partner with Sales Enablement to iterate on talk tracks, cadences, and outbound strategy
- Utilize & coach the team to most effectively use our tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, SalesNav, Zoominfo, 6Sense, ChatGPT)
- Measure & report on BDR KPI’s across departments and leadership including outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline sourced
- Develop and manage inbound & outbound prospecting plays/programs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, with your most recent role as a manager of a business development team.
- Experience leading remote teams, fostering culture, and keeping people accountable in a distributed environment.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong understanding of outbound and inbound metrics, and the ability to take an existing playbook and maximize its impact.
- Familiarity with the relevant technology stack.
