Requirements

5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software using best practices, proven design patterns, and collaborative development workflows
Experience leading projects or teams, with a demonstrated ability to guide others, encourage growth, and drive work across the finish line
Strong technical foundation with experience in modern technologies such as React, Python, or similar frameworks (deep expertise in every area is not required)
A clear area of technical specialization, paired with comfort contributing across the stack when needed
Curiosity-driven mindset with a history of learning new technologies, taking on new challenges, and continuously improving your craft
Customer-focused approach, with care for the products you build and the people who rely on them
