About the role
- Reporting to the Director of Clinical Information Systems
- Manages, trains, and motivates team of analysts/support staff
- Manages projects, prioritizes work, provides feedback, manages performance
- Identifies and mitigates risks, ensures high quality service
- Supervise daily activities of assigned personnel supporting Epic's applications and modules
- Ensures integrity of the clinical information system and quality assurance.
- Interacts professionally, effectively, and collaboratively with leadership, faculty, peers, staff, and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in field required; three (3) years of supervisory experience or leadership role highly preferred.
