About the role
- Develop and maintain structured mechanisms to track initiatives, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Create clear visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding items for stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and alignment issues, and drive resolution.
- Support prioritization and sequencing of work across teams.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure system alignment and process integrity.
- Support system configuration discussions, testing coordination, and validation activities within HR and Finance platforms.
- Analyze cross-system data flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with system enhancements, quarterly cloud updates, and continuous optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Six (6) years of relevant experience required, including experience supporting enterprise HR and/or Finance systems.
- Experience working within cloud-based platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is strongly preferred.
