About the role
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of medical supplies, equipment, and services to ensure standardization, cost-effectiveness, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical staff, physicians, nurses, and stakeholders to assess product effectiveness and appropriateness
- Assist in leading clinically integrated value analysis meetings and project management for equipment and supplies
- Analyze data on product utilization, cost, quality, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership and clinical teams
- Monitor and track KPIs to measure success of implemented changes
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers on pricing and contracts
- Develop and deliver training and educational materials on value analysis principles
- Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices and SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience or background in healthcare required
- Prior experience in value analysis, supply chain management, or healthcare consulting preferred
