About the role
- Provide leadership and executional ownership for centralized and virtual P2P fundraising initiatives across a national landscape.
- Drive $500K+ in annual fundraising revenue through national and virtual programs.
- Prospect new partners, re-engage lapsed participants, and retain existing relationships.
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement and fundraising experiences.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to recruit participants.
- Support the development of national team fundraising strategies.
Requirements
- Three+ years of experience leading peer-to-peer or community-based fundraising initiatives, preferably in a national or virtual context.
- Demonstrated success managing a personal fundraising portfolio with measurable revenue accountability.
- Strong prospecting, solicitation, and relationship-building skills with individuals, volunteers, and corporate partners.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and frequent external communication, particularly by phone and virtual meeting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track activity, measure results, and adjust strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn CRM and fundraising platforms.
