• Coordinate the onboarding process using Workday, ensuring deadlines, required documentation, and integration.
• Serve as the primary interface with the payroll BPO, performing validations, alignments, and monitoring monthly deliveries.
• Supervise administrative routines and data maintenance in Protheus (TOTVS).
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable legislation.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and controls related to onboarding, payroll, and internal movements.
• Support managers with technical guidance and information on HR processes.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring organization and accuracy of information.
