About the role
- Coordinate the onboarding process using Workday, ensuring deadlines, required documentation, and integration.
- Serve as the primary interface with the payroll BPO, performing validations, alignments, and monitoring monthly deliveries.
- Supervise administrative routines and data maintenance in Protheus (TOTVS).
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable legislation.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and controls related to onboarding, payroll, and internal movements.
- Support managers with technical guidance and information on HR processes.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring organization and accuracy of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English.
- Prior experience in HR coordination.
- Proven experience with Workday (onboarding processes).
- Solid knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS).
- Experience liaising with payroll BPOs.
- Residence in Sorocaba or nearby region.
- Availability for a 6-month temporary contract.
