About the role

  • Independent accounting responsibility for a defined portfolio of condominium owners’ associations (WEG) and rental properties.
  • Preparation of annual service charge statements for WEGs and heating and utility cost statements for rental management.
  • Preparation of annual budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for WEGs.
  • Management of dunning/collection procedures and handling of all payment transactions.
  • Review, coding and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in property management or WEG (condominium association) administration.
  • Experience with the accounting software IMPOWER.
  • High level of care, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
  • Analytical skills and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive working style.
