About the role
- Lead the growth strategy for the company’s e-commerce platform.
- Manage and optimize sales on marketplaces.
- Define digital revenue targets and ensure their achievement.
- Design and implement strategies to increase conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Net Ads, or others).
- Manage and optimize the advertising budget with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversion rate.
- Implement continuous experimentation (A/B testing, new formats, new audiences).
- Design commercial campaigns and promotions aligned with sales objectives.
- Ensure consistency between organic content and paid performance efforts.
- Connect brand positioning with tangible commercial results.
- Lead and mentor the Community Manager as a direct report.
- Coordinate the daily execution of campaigns and content.
- Make fast, data-driven decisions.
- Adjust strategy in real time based on performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Ideally 4–6 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce (range flexible depending on profile).
- Solid experience managing performance and digital growth with direct sales impact.
- Technical proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital metrics analysis.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing advertising investment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Strategic profile but highly hands-on.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and strong sense of ownership.
- High creativity and resourcefulness.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is highly valued.
- Bilingual is desirable but not required.
- Full autonomy and ownership of the digital channel.
