About the role
- Develop broad operations knowledge and leadership skills through the Terminal Operations Supervisor Development Program training curriculum, classroom training, and on-the-job learning
- Assumes the responsibilities of Supervisor/Manager and others on a temporary basis and performs such responsibilities at various locations for developmental purposes
- Actively participates in HES&S programs/initiatives and other pertinent company programs and initiatives
- Assists project managers or engineers in coordination and timely completion of local construction projects
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, control expenses within the budget
- Assists operations and administrative personnel in the identification and resolution of operational issues and problems
- Work to improve equipment reliability through training and technology
- Operational leadership roles, such as this one, will at times require work effort outside of normal working hours
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Successful candidate will be required to get a TWIC (company funded)
- Successful candidate will be required to submit to a background check that includes a Motor Vehicle Report
- 3-5 Years of oil & gas/terminal operations/petroleum industry experience preferred
