• Processing and classifying incoming support requests
• Responding to customer inquiries quickly, clearly, and with a solutions-oriented approach
• Analyzing and resolving issues, and escalating them when necessary
• Gradual onboarding to our tool to independently handle more complex inquiries
• Supporting the Customer Success team, e.g., during the onboarding of new customers
• Identifying recurring issues and contributing to improvements of our tool and Help Center
• Ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our tool
