About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processing and classifying incoming support requests
Responding to customer inquiries quickly, clearly, and with a solutions-oriented approach
Analyzing and resolving issues, and escalating them when necessary
Gradual onboarding to our tool to independently handle more complex inquiries
Supporting the Customer Success team, e.g., during the onboarding of new customers
Identifying recurring issues and contributing to improvements of our tool and Help Center
Ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our tool

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Strong customer and service orientation
Structured, reliable, and independent work style in a remote setup
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of varied tasks in a dynamic environment
Basic confidence working in technology-driven environments
Bonus: Experience in hospitality or in a software/SaaS environment (not required)
