About the role
- Processing and classifying incoming support requests
- Responding to customer inquiries quickly, clearly, and with a solutions-oriented approach
- Analyzing and resolving issues, and escalating them when necessary
- Gradual onboarding to our tool to independently handle more complex inquiries
- Supporting the Customer Success team, e.g., during the onboarding of new customers
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to improvements of our tool and Help Center
- Ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our tool
Requirements
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style in a remote setup
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of varied tasks in a dynamic environment
- Basic confidence working in technology-driven environments
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality or in a software/SaaS environment (not required)
