About the role
- Prospecting new investors and potential franchisees
- Presenting the brand's business model
- Managing relationships with prospective franchisees
- Conducting on-site visits and meetings throughout various inland regions of Brazil
- Managing leads through the expansion funnel
- Logging and tracking opportunities in CRM tools
- Supporting feasibility studies and analysis of strategic regions for expansion
- Representing the Maple Bear brand at meetings and events
Requirements
- Previous experience selling high-investment franchises
- Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills
- Full availability for frequent travel (approximately 3 days per week)
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to drive on trips within the country's interior
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience with franchise network expansion (a plus)
- Familiarity with geomarketing tools such as GeoFusion (a plus)
- Experience in the education sector or in expansion businesses (a plus)
