About the role
- Prospect and map commercial sites nationwide for new units
- Conduct site visits and perform on-site validation of properties and strategic areas
- Analyze demographic, socioeconomic and market data using geomarketing tools
- Assess technical and economic feasibility of prospective sites
- Lead lease and purchase negotiations for commercial properties, seeking optimal terms for the business
- Prepare studies, reports and executive presentations to support decision-making
- Support the Operations team in projects to expand and scale existing units
- Work collaboratively with internal teams involved in the expansion process
Requirements
- Experience in national-scale store expansion or street retail rollouts
- Experience negotiating leases and purchases of commercial properties
- Knowledge of geomarketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Geofusion and similar platforms
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Full availability for travel
- Experience in the franchising sector (plus)
- Experience in the education sector or expanding networks (plus)
