About the role
- Work in MAWDY's Operations area
- Contribute to the management of the Call Center and Customer Service
- Collaborate on process improvement projects
- Perform administrative tasks and provide customer support
- Support Marketing activities
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Dynamic and empathetic profile
- Detail-oriented and methodical in organizing information
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced user-level Microsoft Excel; comfortable with technological tools and digital platforms
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
- Analytical skills, organization and administrative planning
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Driving license is a plus
- Effective communication, strong verbal and written skills
- Flexibility
- Discretion and confidentiality desirable
