About the role
- Enable successful delivery of the enterprise portfolio by aligning initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders, IT, Finance, and business teams
- Lead the evolution of planning, governance, funding, and delivery
- Optimize the flow of work and improve management capabilities
- Provide insight, structure, and decision support for maximizing business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field
- 8+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 10+ years
- Proven experience working within Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery models
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Ability to align the PMO with the organization’s strategic goals
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
