About the role

  • Research and identify high-value leads across inbound/outbound channels using a modern stack of email, dialer, LinkedIn, and AI-driven intent signals to prioritize and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Architect and execute multi-channel outreach, leveraging AI to customize messaging.
  • Continuously experiment with AI tools and automation to prune manual tasks from your daily routine, increasing your "speed-to-lead" and overall productivity.
  • Engage with inbound leads and conduct strategic discovery to qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and next steps within Salesforce to ensure total data integrity.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, the Manager of SDRs, and other sales team members to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on account and prospecting strategies.
  • Stay at the forefront of sales technology. Participate in regular training to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and mastery of AI-forward prospecting workflows.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for leads generated, meetings booked, and sales opportunities created through a blend of strategic effort and scaled outreach.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role,
  • ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Experience with cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A passion for technology and innovation, paired with a baseline understanding of AI tools and a curiosity for discovering new solutions to drive sales productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
