About the role

  • Report directly to the Head of Data RAVE and work with ~200 Mapbox employees including managers
  • Support the Head of Data RAVE in identifying process improvements by gathering data and feedback
  • Analyze operational processes, audit KPIs, and recommend improvements
  • Improve organizational processes, workflows, and metrics and implement changes
  • Create, manage, and deliver performance goals for teams and report results
  • Create operations strategies and policies focused on optimization and minimizing expenses

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Russian and English (B1-B2)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage evolving priorities
  • Extensive experience using and managing data to guide decisions
  • Prior experience with GIS systems or Yandex Maps (plus)
