About the role

  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities
  • Translate data and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams
  • Develop models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the Director of Special Projects in planning, scoping, and delivering enterprise-level initiatives
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate outcomes
  • Lead process mapping, gap analyses, and workflow redesign efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across business functions
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and standard operating procedures
  • Recommend technology or process solutions that streamline operations and support organizational growth
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
  • Support change management activities, including training materials, stakeholder communications, and readiness assessments
  • Monitor key metrics and outcomes to ensure project success and sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or project management
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to drive decisions
  • Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and process analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
