About the role

  • Support third party exit plan design and simulation testing for critical vendors
  • Oversee distribution channel risk across external channels (agents, brokers)
  • Design severe-but-plausible scenarios aligned to critical business services
  • Track remediation plans and measure exit readiness across the vendor portfolio
  • Maintain a risk assessment program for third-party distribution channels
  • Define and maintain KRIs and produce dashboards for risk posture narratives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • 3+ years in third party risk management, vendor management, operational resilience/BCM (financial services strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience designing exit plans and running simulation/tabletop exercises
  • Understanding of contract constructs such as termination rights and service descriptions
  • Experience with distribution channel oversight (agents/brokers or partner channels)
  • Familiarity with operational resilience and third party risk frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage projects, and drive organizational change
