About the role
- Elaborate and apply strategic case management plans
- Provide leadership, encouragement, mentoring, and customer service support to case managers
- Provide coaching and training to employees
- Support claims managers with complex files and various projects
- Reinforce client relationships and participate in client meetings when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying strengths and opportunities
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- Excellent knowledge of disability management products
- Experience in disability case management
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, technical training, and/or developing people
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
