About the role

  • Lead Retail Sales Enablement for North America
  • Own the strategy and delivery of tools, platforms, and adoption programs
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Data/Analytics, and Compliance
  • Set the North America Retail Enablement roadmap
  • Own CRM outcomes (Salesforce), including platform improvements and workflow simplification
  • Lead enablement launches and changes end-to-end
  • Run the operating model for key tools
  • Build and track adoption and impact metrics
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead management and advisor engagement workflows
  • Advance the AI enablement agenda
  • Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales operations, CRM/product ownership, or sales technology leadership (financial services preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and change management for field sales teams
  • Experience managing vendors/platforms and setting governance, standards, and ways of working
  • Strong cross-functional leadership: align Sales, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Risk
  • Comfortable with innovation and experimentation
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with evolving needs
  • Team player with a winning attitude.
