About the role
- Help build the first version of our Content Design System
- Establish standards and patterns for user experience
- Bring content design earlier into the product process
- Partner with teams to shape clear, consistent content solutions
- Set high craft bar in UX writing and information clarity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Content Design
- Demonstrated experience crafting scalable content standards, patterns, or systems
- Strong systems thinking with ability to produce reusable guidance and governance
- Experience operating in organizations with significant stakeholder complexity
- Strong UX writing and information‑clarity skills
