About the role
- Facilitate end-to-end regulatory change management
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, privacy, operations, and delivery teams
- Define and communicate clear paths to compliance
- Coordinate project management activities and maintain trackers
- Develop tools, templates, and training materials for compliance practices
- Coordinate and deliver risk and compliance reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and delivery teams
- Assist in performing risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in business risk management, audit, regulatory change, or compliance within financial services or insurance
- Strong knowledge of audit and compliance methodologies, control frameworks, risk management practices
- Experience with risk management tools (e.g., Archer or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and their regulatory / risk implications
- Proven project management skills
