About the role

  • Deliver overall Macau Sales target in Commission, Premium, and full spectrum of Individual Financial Products
  • Drive sales of H&P and help agency to diversify a healthy product mix contributing to growth in NBV
  • Develop and ensure the execution of business plans to meet short term and long term business objectives for distribution sales
  • Maintain strong relationship with agency and grow their loyalty to Manulife
  • Implement policies and programs to Macau agency effectively, ensuring effective sales and promotions programs are executed to achieve objectives
  • Manage Macau projects that have an impact on the entire Agency Operations.
  • Supervising team to provide daily sales and marketing support to Macau distributions, whilst liaising with Hong Kong team on practice sharing
  • Supporting Business Units or local initiatives on product training, working closely with Hong Kong business development team to leverage synergies, with local adaptations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience, at least three years with insurance experience in the life insurance industry
  • Front-line sales, training and customer services experience preferred
  • Able to conduct training/presentation in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Insurance product knowledge and willingness to learn new products and procedures
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer centric and result oriented
  • Good team player while working independently
  • Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
