About the role
- Deliver ongoing analysis, reporting, and automating required processes.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US Segment related reporting.
- Facilitate US Risk Committee operations and Risk policy maintenance.
- Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data.
- Monitor, optimize, and provide training on automated systems.
- Support delivery of machine learning and analytics projects.
- Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness.
- Generate reports ensuring accuracy in metrics reported.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and operational risk management.
- Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform (particularly PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
- Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX.
- Experience in big data analysis, including the use of Azure and Databricks.
- Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Python, R) and risk management tools.
- Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Strong reporting skills, attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent collaborative skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
