About the role
- Proactively engage advisors to uncover and support sales opportunities
- Manage daily tasks to meet productivity goals and advisor needs
- Handle inquiries (case consultations, illustrations, product training)
- Use data, analytics, and Salesforce to plan and execute 60-day business cycles
- Collaborate across teams to share leads and ideas
Requirements
- 2+ years insurance/sales experience
- LLQP designation (or in progress)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate)
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with creativity, problem-solving ability, and a drive to win
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
