About the role

  • Facilitate completion of new and updates to existing Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSA) for HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and process owners to ensure accurate documentation of risks, controls, and corrective actions.
  • Work with project teams to complete Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for initiatives impacting personal information.
  • Complete Material Change Triage templates and maintain inventory and metrics related to the Change Standard.
  • Ensure HR business continuity plans are compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on compliance metrics and risk mitigation progress.
  • Support the execution of the HR RCSA methodology by coordinating and documenting key control walk-throughs, facilitating independent testing where required, and supporting the maintenance of evidence of control design and effectiveness.
  • Provide support for the PeopleComms teams and global compliance and risk management programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or HR governance.
  • Experience facilitating RCSA and privacy impact assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and risk systems (e.g., Archer).
  • Experience in change management and business continuity planning.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
