About the role
- Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of service and sales enablement platforms
- Ensure top-tier support, training, and engagement tools are in place
- Align clients with wholesaler support models
- Track certifications and ongoing CE requirements
- Translate sales strategies into impactful playbooks
- Partner with Behavioral Insurance team to support events
- Collaborate with IT and New Business teams
- Advance producer awards and offerings
- Deliver white-glove service across the network
- Partner with sales and people leaders to align support models
- Deploy and integrate enablement technologies
- Design and deliver exclusive training programs
- Help to define and manage the reward platform
Requirements
- 10+ years in life insurance distribution, sales enablement, or service operations
- Proven experience building and scaling advisor support platforms
- Strong understanding of independent distribution, IMO/MLM structures, and producer engagement models
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills
- Passion for life insurance, wellness, longevity, and purpose-driven sales
- Licensing Requirements: Series 6 and Series 26 licenses are required for this role
- Life & Health and/or Series 63 licensing may be required in the future
