• Define and execute the sales strategy for automation solutions across Ireland.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the automation sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Drive business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis, with a focus on competitor insights, to guide business growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Program Technical Directors and other senior leaders to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery alignment.
• Represent MMT at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
• Travel regularly between Galway and Cork sites, ensuring strong visibility and leadership across both locations.
