Executive Assistant

• Support with general office administration, this will include travel arrangements, meeting rooms bookings and set up, daily post and other admin duties
• Professionally carry out Front of House reception duties ensuring a welcoming experience both in person and on the telephone
• Support the management and day to day running of the office
• Manage office stock control and running errands, e.g. post, banks, supplies
• Assist with any delegated ISO27001 tasks, ensuring the office is fully compliant
• Support others with reasonable tasks as requested (this may be other teams and other areas of the business)
