About the role
- Manage and optimize compensation programs to ensure fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness.
- Execute compensation campaigns, oversee commission programs, and support job postings.
- Maintain and update compensation policies and procedures.
- Lead annual and ad hoc compensation campaigns, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
- Document compensation-related employee actions in accordance with internal protocols and audit requirements.
- Ensure commission payments are accurate and aligned with established policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and pay structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with compensation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of state and federal compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience or interest in total rewards and benefits strategy is a plus.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills, especially in preparing employee compensation letters and maintaining accurate records.
