Director

• Regularly assess business performance to inform recommendations for short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies/actions
• Lead responsive demand driven buying efforts for all categories
• Coach, manage, and develop 1-2 direct reports: fostering growth, accountability, and effective collaboration across the Operations team
• Own monthly Open-to-buy (OTB), sales and inventory forecasting
• Develop SKU level sales and inventory plans that align with financial targets and supply chain capabilities

QA Engineer

• Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms
• Perform as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications like Oracle NetSuite
• Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing
• Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to align on features and functionality
• Create and maintain organized documentation of test results
• Coordinate with onsite and off-shore QA team members
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action
• Lead UAT calls and partner with business users for demo
• Write SQL queries to verify Data ingestion process
• Support testing on eCommerce platforms as needed

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Enterprise Applications

Accounts Payable

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices in accordance with Company policies
• Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices (2-way/3-way matching)
• Assist with the preparation of weekly payment runs including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to onboard new vendors
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and discrepancies
• Assist with resolving billing issues, pricing discrepancies, and purchase order variances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including W-9s and banking information
• Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and accounts payable aging reports
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on approvals to ensure timely processing

• Manage dynamic pricing updates into our NetSuite system to ensure accuracy across all internal platforms
• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing information for current products and upcoming projects
• Work cross-functionally with our Product Development team to perform cost study analysis for development projects
• Manage Procurement documentation such as NDA, contracts, supplier agreements, COIs, price sheets, and new vendor forms
• Ensure exceptional support of cross-functional teams such as Demand Planning, Product Development, Quality and Regulatory, Creative, and Operations
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Be the primary contact for specific Procurement projects
• Analyze potential Wet Goods, Hard Goods, and Packaging projects to identify cost savings opportunities
• Acting owner of Coupa Sourcing Tool implementation and RFPs for Procurement team
• Manage price discrepancy reporting by identifying variances between purchase orders, invoices, and supplier price agreements, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to investigate root causes and drive timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvement to drive outcomes
• Willingness to grow with the business and remain open-minded and adaptable as priorities, processes, and needs evolve
