- Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.

- Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Senior‑level recruiting experience, preferably in frontline, manufacturing, skilled trades, or production-heavy environments
- Proven ability to manage high requisition loads (50–75+)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed teams
- Ability to work in the West Coast or Central time zone depending on the assigned role
- Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment
