- Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities
- Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction
- Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
- Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms
- Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
- Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership
- Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of marketing openings
- Proven success in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools
- Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
- Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on modern hiring best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and experience or exposure to people or project management
