About the role
- Conduct end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes, working on recruiting and selecting Technology positions at a consultative and specialist level, including roles in Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech.
- Responsible for candidate mapping, screening, interviews, alignment with hiring managers, process tracking, and providing decision support through to the completion of the hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Reside in one of the following locations: São Paulo and Greater São Paulo, Curitiba (PR), Fortaleza (CE), Recife (PE), Brasília (DF), Belo Horizonte (MG), or Rio de Janeiro (RJ);
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills for data presentations;
- Essential experience recruiting Tech roles (Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech);
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Gupy preferred;
- Previous experience as a mid-level Tech Recruiter;
- Extensive knowledge of Tech sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others);
- Analytical mindset and strong focus on metrics/indicators.
