About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes, working on recruiting and selecting Technology positions at a consultative and specialist level, including roles in Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech.
  • Responsible for candidate mapping, screening, interviews, alignment with hiring managers, process tracking, and providing decision support through to the completion of the hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Reside in one of the following locations: São Paulo and Greater São Paulo, Curitiba (PR), Fortaleza (CE), Recife (PE), Brasília (DF), Belo Horizonte (MG), or Rio de Janeiro (RJ);
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills for data presentations;
  • Essential experience recruiting Tech roles (Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech);
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Gupy preferred;
  • Previous experience as a mid-level Tech Recruiter;
  • Extensive knowledge of Tech sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others);
  • Analytical mindset and strong focus on metrics/indicators.
