  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience in a retail setting (does not need to be within recruitment)
  • Proficiency with Workday
  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc.)
  • Participation in video-based meetings is required
  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones
