About the role

Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies for a range of Product Management roles
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
Shape hiring decisions through market insights and data
Advise on role scoping, talent tradeoffs, and hiring process design
Develop creative and collaborative sourcing approaches
Deliver an inclusive, streamlined, high-quality candidate experience
Track and interpret KPIs to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
Use internal and external benchmarks to optimize the search approach

4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to partner and influence at senior levels
Demonstrated success using data, insights, and competitive intelligence
Experience driving complex searches with speed, quality, and a highly consultative approach
Strong problem-solving skills and the resilience to thrive in high-performance, fast-changing environments
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
