About the role
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources\n
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients\n
- Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates\n
- Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels\n
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members\n
- Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites.\n
- Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions\n
- Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description\n
- Assist with job requisition / description development\n
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants\n
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions\n
- ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance\n
- Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis\n
- Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system\n
- Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork\n
- Resume conversion and application maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing experience\n
- Banking Industry experience\n
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio\n
- Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
- Diplomatic and tactful communication style\n
- Business and results orientation with a passion for people\n
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
