Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources\n
Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients\n
Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates\n
Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels\n
Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members\n
Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites.\n
Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions\n
Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description\n
Assist with job requisition / description development\n
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants\n
Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions\n
ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance\n
Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis\n
Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system\n
Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork\n
Resume conversion and application maintenance.
Requirements
3+ years of sourcing experience\n
Banking Industry experience\n
Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio\n
Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
Diplomatic and tactful communication style\n
