About the role
- Coordination of all steps defined in the CM lifecycle to maintain CM
- Quarterly review of the crisis management plan
- Objective evaluation of the crisis management system and development of improvement proposals
- Identification and analysis of crisis risks
- Development of company-specific templates and presentations along the CM lifecycle
- Preparation and follow-up of CM tests and exercises
- Development of presentations for use in crisis management workshops
- Preparation of crisis management exercises
- Documentation and tracking of lessons learned
- Consultation and implementation of objective CM improvement potentials
- Project-related analysis of the status quo and expert advice on further procedures within the project
- Project-related analysis of improvement potentials after completion of the CM lifecycle
