Solutions Engineer

• Integrate software, hardware, and flight subsystems across the drone platform
• Perform system bring-up, testing, and validation in lab and field environments
• Debug system-level issues spanning software, firmware, and hardware
• Analyse logs, telemetry, and test data to identify root causes of failures
• Design and run experiments to understand system behaviour and improve performance
• Validate system behaviour under normal and degraded conditions
• Support flight testing and investigation of real-world performance issues
• Work closely with software, hardware, and flight science teams to improve system performance
• Document system behaviour, test results, and findings to improve repeatability and understanding
• Support safety validation by identifying risks and providing test evidence to certification teams

Systems Integration Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Define the architecture for aircraft onboard software and supporting firmware.
• Set standards for reliability, performance, and scalability across aircraft systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that span multiple teams (e.g., Aircraft ↔ Airspace ↔ QA).
• Lead design reviews for critical components, ensuring high-confidence deployment in safety-critical environments.
• Ensure roadmap execution while balancing near-term operational needs with long-term system health.
• Own risk management, rollout strategy, incident learnings, and continuous improvement for aircraft software.
• Partner closely with Hardware, Autonomy, Operations, and Aviation stakeholders.
• Mentor senior engineers and grow technical leadership depth on the team.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and coaching to software engineers.
• Support hiring and onboarding to grow team capacity.

Lead Software Engineer – Aircraft

• Build product systems end-to-end
• Design, build, test, and maintain software that supports customer ordering and operational workflows.
• Take ownership of meaningful problems from discovery through delivery, rollout, and iteration
• Work across multiple layers of the stack to deliver reliable, production ready solutions.

• Develop and improve modern web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
• Help create intuitive, high-quality user experiences for both customers and internal operators.

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
