Lead and develop a team of HR-IT consultants, and key users, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous development
Drive global HR-IT strategy, define priorities, and align initiatives with business and digitalization goals
Oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related systems, including enhancements, customizations, and global support
Manage budget planning and cost control for HR-IT systems and external vendors
Ensure high service quality through SLA management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement actions
Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners (e.g. vendors, SAP contractors), managing relationships and expectations
Lead or contribute to global SAP and non-SAP projects, including process optimization, innovation initiatives, and system transformations

Requirements

University degree in IT, Business, or a related field
5+ years in HR-IT or SAP environment, including strong leadership experience and exposure to global team transformation
Solid knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and HR-IT processes (on-premise and cloud), experience with SLA/KPI management and budgeting
English min. B2 (daily communication in international environment)
