About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of HR-IT consultants, and key users, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous development
  • Drive global HR-IT strategy, define priorities, and align initiatives with business and digitalization goals
  • Oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related systems, including enhancements, customizations, and global support
  • Manage budget planning and cost control for HR-IT systems and external vendors
  • Ensure high service quality through SLA management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement actions
  • Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners (e.g. vendors, SAP contractors), managing relationships and expectations
  • Lead or contribute to global SAP and non-SAP projects, including process optimization, innovation initiatives, and system transformations

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in HR-IT or SAP environment, including strong leadership experience and exposure to global team transformation
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and HR-IT processes (on-premise and cloud), experience with SLA/KPI management and budgeting
  • English min. B2 (daily communication in international environment)
